National Immunization Awareness Month (NIAM) is an annual observance held in August to highlight the importance of routine vaccination for people of all ages.

The Health Quality Innovation Network’s Your Health Can’t Wait, Vaccinate! campaign offers a collection of resources to help promote vaccinations to patients, residents, families, staff members, community partners and clinicians.

Additionally, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s NIAM webpage provides free tools and information for patients and healthcare professionals to help people determine which vaccines they are due for, and when.
