Donald A. Glozer, MHA, FACHE

President & Chief Executive Officer

Don Glozer is well grounded in the business of healthcare. A hospital and health system administrator for more than 30 years, he is a fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and a creative problem-solver with a talent for building high-performing teams and improving organizational efficiency. Before joining Health Quality Innovators, Don was Chief Operating Officer at Primaris, the former Missouri Quality Improvement Organization. He previously was vice-president of operations for a St. Louis-based health care system, with responsibility for physician contracts, quality improvement and professional services. Don earned a Master of Health Services Administration from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, summa cum laude, from Youngstown State University.

Virginia F. Brooks, MHA, CPHQ, FACHE 

Chief Operating Officer, Principal

Virginia Brooks is a results-driven healthcare professional with expertise in health quality improvement, clinical operations and health IT optimization. She directs high-impact, federally funded initiatives that help hospitals, nursing homes and clinicians deliver safer, more equitable and person-centered care. Her work spans maternal health, chronic disease prevention and multi-state practice transformation. Previously, she served as Director of Operations for a private medical practice, where she led EHR implementation, streamlined workflows and oversaw compliance, budgeting and vendor contracts. Virginia holds a Master of Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).

Jennifer H. Brockman, MS 

Chief Growth Officer 

Jenni Brockman’s primary objective is to secure funding for the quality improvement services that HQI delivers to health care providers. The capture and proposal teams she has led have won millions of dollars in government contracts and grants from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and other federal and state health agencies. Jenni thrives on competition and especially enjoys analyzing information, learning from other organizations, and exploring changes in health care policy and delivery. She previously worked for an advertising agency, the Duke and VCU medical centers, and the former North Carolina Quality Improvement Organization. Jenni earned a master’s degree from Indiana University and a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College.

Patricia Mace, MBA, CPA, CFE 

Vice President, Finance 

Patricia Mace brings both government and contractor experience to her leadership of HQI’s finance and accounting function, providing effective support for future growth. After two decades with a federal civilian agency in budget and finance roles spanning planning, analysis, and reporting, she served as comptroller for a rapidly expanding veteran-owned small business. She previously was a financial analyst for two large federal IT contractors. Patricia began her career in public accounting at a local firm before starting her own business. She holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of West Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Fraud Examiner.

Hope Wilkerson, MBA, SPHR 

Vice President, Human Resources 

Hope Wilkerson has compiled a 20-year record of helping health care organizations quickly source and retain highly qualified team members.  An accomplished HR professional, she also excels in organizational development and building resilience during periods of rapid change. Hope held HR leadership positions at a behavioral health corporation, professional services firm, and community-based developmental services provider before joining HQI. She earned a Master of Business Administration and Management from Capella University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and risk management from Kaplan University. Hope is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Society for Human Resource Management.
