HQI team member Lynne Layug will represent Maryland Department of Health (MDH) Project Firstline at the LifeSpan Network’s Western Maryland Member Meetup on June 23 at Frostburg Rehab Center.

The event brings together community leaders and members from assisted living facilities (ALs), skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs) to network and share updates.

Layug will highlight Project Firstline’s mission to prevent the spread of infectious diseases by providing free education, training and resources for healthcare and environmental services workers. Attendees will also learn how to access these resources. Attendees will learn what to expect if they schedule an Escape Room training for their team and how to access additional resources.
